Data Import / Export

Import or export any entity as CSV. Download a sample to see the expected format, or export existing data to edit and re-upload.

Sample CSV — downloads a blank template with all columns and one example row.

Export Existing — downloads all current records as a CSV so you can edit and re-import to update them.

Import CSV — uploads your file. Rows matching an existing record by their unique key (e.g. SKU, PO number) will be updated; new rows will be created. Items rows (in orders) should be supplied as JSON in the items_json column.
